Full Market Appraisal & Advice Meeting –

– Book straight into our calendar at a time to suit you
– Meetings take on average 45 minutes to 1 hour
– We will advise you of all your property needs in person
– The most accurate appraisal of the value of your home

Desktop Valuation –

– Complete our online form, takes a couple of minutes
– We will then do a bit of research on your home. If you can provide a couple of photographs or short video walk around this can help
– Fairly accurate
– Useful if there’s a reason we cannot gain access to the property
